Several years ago, as they were working independently with small businesses around the state, the Dextera principals saw the need of many founder/owner/CEOs for support in getting around some of their obstacles to success.

Because of the need for small businesses to minimize overhead, many don’t have easy access to the level of skills they need to address broad business issues. Those skills are usually acquired with large salaries, so obtaining that kind of help is sometimes deferred.
